Lubricant Production

Only new high quality base oils and imported high performance additives (from USA, Germany, UK, Switzerland, and etc.) are used to produce SUN’SOIL lubricant products. The formulations are well analyzed, tested under high responsibilities, and conformed to international standards.

The blending tanks are used separately for certain types of lubricant production to maintain the quality, save time and easy for inspection.

Feeding base oils into blending tank

The quantity of inputs is accurately controlled by volume meter (LC Meter, USA).

The additives are weighted by the Digital Scale.

Start the blending process

Blending time is controlled.

Before filling process, the samples are collected and tested

for density or/and others properties (TAN, TBN, KF water content Determination and etc.)

The empty drums are checked

If laboratory result is “QC passed”,
the lubricant will be fed through filter and controlled the quantity by volume meter.
